  1. Shipping Processing Time

    Your orders will be ready in 2-4 business days. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or holidays.

    But, if you order a lot of items (especially during busy seasons), it might take a bit longer to send them out. If there's a delay, we'll let you know. Please allow us a few extra days to get your order to you.

  1. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    The total shipping charges for all your orders will be computed and shown upon checking out. Average delivery time is 7-10 business days across all available shipping locations.

  1. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    A Shipment Confirmation with its tracking number(s) will be emailed to the sender once the order has been shipped.

  1. Customs, Duties and Taxes

    Product prices include custom duties and taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

  1. Damaged / Lost Orders

    If your package isn't moving and the tracking hasn't changed, or if it says delivered but you haven't gotten it yet, try these steps to find your package:

    1. Often, a different mail carrier, not your usual one, delivers packages. They might not know to leave them by the garage or on your front steps like your regular mail person does.
    2. Check with a family member or neighbor in case they collected it on your behalf.
    3. If you still can't find it, contact your local post office. Give them your name, phone number, email, and the tracking number. They usually respond within 24 hours.

     If you still have been unsuccessful in getting your package after 30 days of placing the order, please reach out to us and we will reship your order on a priority basis - refunds are not issued for orders lost or damaged in transit. All packaging materials and damaged goods must be saved in order to file a claim.

    If your order shows as delivered but has not been received by you, please reach out to us within 14 days so we can ship a replacement. Requests coming in beyond that timeframe will unfortunately not be entertained.

  1. Received an incomplete order

     If you've received an incomplete order or are missing items from your order, please email hello@tryclearly.com. Include your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received. In this instance, we will ship a replacement of the correct order to you. Refunds will not be issued. This would be required within 14 days of the tracking show the order as delivered. Any request beyond 14 days will unfortunately, not be entertained.

  1. Received an incomplete order

  1. Late arrival of order

     While we try our level best to ensure you receive your order within 7-10 days of your purchase, we cannot guarantee that due to the any unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping and inventory issues. We are unable to refund for items not being delivered by a specific date, special occasion, or holiday. Each product description states how long shipping could take.

    Please take note of this when ordering. Once an order has shipped we will no longer be able to edit or cancel the order.
