Absolutely! Whether your product has arrived open or you are simply unsatisfied with the products we are happy to issue a return and process your refund for up to 30 days from date of receipt.

Your product will be delivered within 6-12 days from the date of fulfillment. Currently processing and fulfillment typically takes between 1-2 business days with most orders shipping on business days.

All Clearly Basics orders are backed by our 30 day money back guarantee. Simply return the containers, within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund of your purchase price (excluding cost of shipping & handling).
If you are returning your first order you are eligible for our 60 day guarantee from the date of fulfillment which includes a refund on shipping and handling.
Please contact our team via email at hello@clearlybasics.com to obtain an authorized return label. We will always do our best to process your returns and refunds quickly, but please allow up to 7 days from the date of successful return to see the refund process. All refunds will be issued in the manner in which the items were paid.
Orders placed using Gift Cards & Store credit are not eligible for refunds. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

Great question! While we ensure all formulas remain efficacious in various environments and conditions. Each of our products is made using natural ingredients without preservatives and has been bottled in air free containers when needed to extend lifespan. Every product will arrive with a use by dated indicated the batch date and expiration date where we can no longer guarantee efficacy.

Our products are free of gluten and no gluten is processed on the machinery where our products are made, however our manufacturers are not certified gluten-free so we cannot guarantee this.
