How do I track my order?
Once an order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days with standard shipping. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
Do you process orders during weekends and public holidays?
We do not process orders during weekends or public holidays.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Please reach out to us with the details at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also check with your local post office for delivery updates and real-time location status.
Can I update my delivery address after placing the order?
Clearly Basics does its best to ensure your order reaches your doorsteps as quickly as possible. As such, as soon as an order is placed, we start the fulfilment process immediately and notify our shipping partners. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be modified.
In the chance you realize immediately upon your order that a change needs to be made, please write to us ASAP at email@example.com or chat us at m.me/clearlybasics and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot give any guarantee that your order can be canceled or modified if the package is already being shipped.
My package is stuck and tracking hasn't updated.
We try our best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but they may take longer to arrive due to poor weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances associated with the courier. Once the package is in the hands of the courier, we do not take responsibility for any delays.
While we are happy to assist in limited capacity, once you have received your tracking details, it is the responsibility of the customer and courier to ensure the package arrives safely at the specified destination.
Is my order shipped out? I did not receive my shipping confirmation email.
For orders that have been shipped out, you should receive an automated notification email with tracking details provided. Please also check your junk/spam folder.
