We live in uncertain times at the moment … but we focus on what is within our control.   At Clearly Basics, we are working around the clock to ensure that your skincare essentials get to you quickly, safely and with the same level of quality as you have come to expect from Clearly Basics.

Laboratory

All of Clearly Basics products are created in labs that adhere to ISO 22716:2007 standards.   They have always operated in a sterile environment with strict controls against contamination.

Fulfilment

We have an epidemiologist on staff who monitors and maintains strict safety standards for your health and the health of the teams that fulfil your orders. Our standards comply with the latest advice from the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as the health and safety guidelines of the local government bodies in which we operate.

Some of the additional protective measures put in place within our fulfilment centers include: staff rotation and social distancing measures, facemasks and increased use of hand sanitizers in every step of order processing. We are constantly reviewing our processes in order to ensure that your skincare essentials arrive in the fastest and safest way possible.

Logistics

The reduction of flights between countries has widened the delivery window through which we can expect packages to arrive. Our team is working around the clock with our logistics partners in order to ensure packages reach its intended destination and we are constantly updating delivery windows shown on the checkout screen as we see the situation unfold.  Most packages have been arriving within the shorter end of our delivery windows but we have seen the variance widen due to the pandemic.

Customer Service

In order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 within our communities, all of our customer service staff have been working from home. We continue to provide you with the best skincare advice so that you will look your best for those Instagram photos and video conference calls.
